3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Review and approve samples, quotations, and documents

  • Ensure compliance with import/export laws in their country

  • Make payments on time as agreed

We are not responsible for issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information from the client.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service fees, sourcing charges, and shipping costs will be agreed upon before execution.

  • All payments must be made according to the agreed terms.

  • Prices may change due to factors such as freight rates, customs regulations, or supplier changes.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service delays or suspension.

5. Supplier & Quality Disclaimer

While we make reasonable efforts to verify suppliers and coordinate inspections:

  • We do not guarantee supplier performance

  • We are not liable for manufacturing defects unless inspection services were explicitly agreed

  • Final quality approval rests with the client

Clients are encouraged to request inspections and samples before mass production.

6. Shipping & Logistics Disclaimer

  • Delivery times provided are estimates only

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, port congestion, or force majeure events are beyond our control

  • Risk transfers according to the agreed shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP)

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sufi Sourcing & Shipping shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit, business interruption, or market loss

  • Supplier disputes beyond our coordination role

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction.
